  • We sincerely hope it’s never needed, but if you do have a reason to return one of our products, our policy is 10 days from the date of delivery. If for some reason you need to return your product, please email us at JScammey@BurntOutLeather.com and include your original order number and reason for the return, and we will give you instructions. 

    Return or exchanges are only available if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

  • All of our items are made by someone in our family-run business. We do everything we can to carefully build your products and represent the quality and appearance of all items before you purchase something.

     We guarantee our work. If you experience a defective item, we want to make it right for you. Any product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced. Items that need repaired due to normal use can be done a charge, please contact us for more details.

     Due to differences in monitors, exact colors are not guaranteed. We do the best we can to make sure we represent through pictures, videos, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Due to every product being handmade, expect small variations as every product is unique but similar.

     Keep in mind the leather products are meant to tell a story. We use only high-quality full grain leather, but it will scratch and scuff over time. Leather is natural and will soften over time. Ultimately, what we are saying is your product will change colors and sometimes shape, and tell the story of your adventures.
